This year we waited to have a birthday party for Ryan and his school friends.  Mostly because I didn't have some of his friends' addresses and phone numbers to send them an invitation.  It worked out perfectly!  We had his party at the farm and had a great time!

We invited my parents and sister along for the fun!  My mom likes to ham up for pictures.

Going down the giant sack slide!

This little girl loves my son!  I literally mean LOVES!!!  She has loved him since they were in kindergarten together.  Every time she sees him, she hugs him!

The little kids loved the kid corn maze!

My parents and sister at the top of the hill.

My sister gives the slide a try.

 Tractor climbing!

Tire swings were a big hit!

Our hayride was back to take us to eat ANGRY BIRD cupcakes!

Our ANGRY BIRD and PIG!

I think next year, we will be doing the same thing.  Maybe just apple picking or maybe the night time bonfire!

LEAVES, LEAVES, AND MORE LEAVES

I LOVE Autumn!

But, honestly, this year I am totally sick of raking my driveway!  It's like shoveling snow on my driveway!  My driveway is a hill!  I hate it!  I don't mind raking leaves or shoveling snow, just not on the driveway!  One day, I raked in the morning before noon.  A total of 6 leaf bags!  I went to work and came home around 2.  The entire driveway was completely covered again!!!  The next day, the kids and I raked for hours!  A total of leaf bags 18!  Seriously!  That was just for the driveway and the sides of the driveway!  Not my hill or the front yard!  But soon, that wonderful rich color will be gone and nothing will be there to replace it until it snows.  I LOVE the leaves.  LOL  The kids and I had a blast last week in the leaves.

My driveway half done.  Done by myself.

 Our front yard.

 The kids hard at raking.

I'm sure we will have to go back out there and rake more this weekend!
